Multibase continuously analyses reader searches and AI conversations to find questions your documentation doesn't answer. Gaps are grouped by topic and ranked by frequency so you fix the highest-impact issues first. For each gap, Multibase generates a draft article you can review and publish with one click. A real-time knowledge quality score tracks how well your content covers what readers actually ask.

Multibase uses a Tiptap-powered block editor with slash commands, callout boxes, syntax-highlighted code blocks, tables, YouTube embeds, and a media library. You can create reusable snippets that update across all articles at once. Every publish creates an immutable version snapshot you can roll back to. The editor also enforces alt text on all images before publishing.

Yes. Multibase includes an Intercom import tool that migrates your articles, categories, screenshots, and internal links in one operation. Images are transferred to your AWS S3 storage. Migration assistance is included on Growth plans and above.

Multibase supports multiple locales per portal. Currently supported: English, Russian, and Ukrainian with full AI-assisted translation. Additional languages can be added. Each portal serves content in the reader's locale independently.

Yes. Multibase stores data on AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). It offers a Data Processing Agreement (GDPR Addendum) for all customers. AI features use Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers to US-based providers. Full details at multibase.io/gdpr.

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever. It includes 1 portal, 50 articles, basic search, and 100 AI queries/month. The portal displays a "Powered by Multibase" footer link. No credit card required to start.

Yes. Agencies can manage all client portals from a single Multibase account. Each client portal is fully white-labeled with the client's own domain and branding. Agencies on the Enterprise plan can join the Reseller Programme and earn 30% recurring commission on client subscriptions.
